We provide litigation consulting and expert witness services for legal cases involving Work Zone Safety and OSHA regulations for roadway and highway construction, utilities, special events, emergency response, and maintenance. Catherine has worked in the roadway construction industry for over 35 years, many of those spent teaching for the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) on the MUTCD, state MUTCD’s, state DOT standards, specifications, and working with various jurisdictions.
This includes flagger operations, adequate signing, appropriate tapers, standards compliance, jurisdictional compliance with the MUTCD, state and local standards, and contract requirements. If there were cones, drums, barrels, or signs, it is our specialty. Available for all 50 US states.
